Shrewsbury Winger And Macclesfield Keeper Sign On

Tranmere have confirmed the signings of two new players. Sam Aiston, a former Newcastle trainee and Steve Wilson, a goalkeeper who has played for Hull City and Macclesfieldm have both signed one year deals with the club today. Brian Little promised new faces on the 1st July and we already have two.

Tranmere Rovers have completed the signings of two new players. Although most fans have been calling out for a striker, Tranmere have added a winger and a goalkeeper.

Left winger, Sam Aiston, signs from Shrewsbury Town and has lots of experience at Premiership level. The Geordie has played for both Newcastle and Sunderland.

The goalkeeper, Steve Wilson is 31 and knows Brian Little from his Hull days. The keeper was Hull's longest serving goalkeeper until he moved to Macclesfield.
