Fans Back Little in Latest Site Poll

In our latest Total Tranmere readers poll we asked you a simple question in the light of Rover’s recent run of poor form and a poor start to the new season. We asked you simply whether you back Brian Little or want him sacked and after over 100 people voted we can now bring you the results.

 

In total, 112 of you voted in the three week period in which the poll was active and the results were returned as follows:

It seems that over two thirds of Rovers fans support the Manager of the Club despite the recent run of nine games without a win that was finally ended on Saturday with a 2-0 win away at Doncaster Rovers.

Whilst the poll results seemed to fluctuate as Rovers performances looked to have improved but then seemed to slump again the following week, the number of fans who voted to back Little was always outnumbering those who wanted him sacked.

 

After poor results, particularly the 2-0 home defeat to Scunthorpe United which was perhaps one of the lowest points of the recent bad spell, some fans were calling for Little to be sacked only to perhaps have a change of heart on reflection in the days that followed.

 

The debate will rage on on Message Boards everywhere whilst Rovers remain in the lower reaches of League One but the poll clearly shows that the large majority feel that Brian Little is the man to guide Rovers out of the mire.
