Away Fans:  Up to 1,700 in the Temporary (East) Stand (All-Seated but Uncovered)

On the Road……

By Road:  Leave the M6 at Junction 32 and join the M55 towards Blackpool.  At the end of the motorway at the edge of the town, follow the signs for Car Parks and South Shore.  Proceed down Yeadon Way and this will lead you to the ground.

By Bus:

 

Bus services 5 and 11 run from the Town Centre to the Stadium and back and the Number 11 bus also serves Blackpool North Railway Station.

 

By Rail:

 

Blackpool’s main station is Blackpool North which is around a twenty minute walk from the Stadium.  Blackpool South is only five minutes walk from the Stadium but is served by fewer trains. 

 

Blackpool North:

From Liverpool Lime Street, journey times average at around 1 hour 25 minutes and often no change of trains is required (sometimes one change required).

 

From Chester, journey times vary between 2 and 3 hours depending on the number of changes required which can be up to three changes.

 

Blackpool South:

To catch a train to Blackpool South from both Chester and Liverpool Lime Street, a change of train will be required at Preston in addition to possible other changes if travelling from Chester.

At the Stadium

Car Parking:  There are ample Pay and Display Car Parks around the Stadium with varying prices.  As it is currently the illuminations season in Blackpool, charges may be slightly higher than other times of the year.  There is also a limited amount of street parking near to ther Stadium.

Where to Eat:  Blackpool is not short of places to eat with McDonalds and Frankie and Benny,s just on the opposite side of the car park to the Stadium.  There are also plenty of pubs that serve food and also welcome away fans.  One such pub is the Swift Hound which welcomes away fans.

Where to Drink:  As well as the Swift Hound (mentioned above), there is also The Manchester pub on the promenade which welcomes away fans on matchdays. The Bridge and the Auctioneer on Lytham Road are also both recommended.
