Facilites for Away Fans:
The Stand:
Up to 650 visiting fans can be housed in the Layer Road End Terrace which is a covered, standing area and is situated behind one of the goals.
Up to 196 visiting fans can also be seated in the covered Clock End which is behind the opposite goal to Main Visiting Fans area.
Where to Eat:
There are the usual catering facilities inside the Stadium. Colchester Town Centre is around a fifteen minute walk from the Stadium where all the usual catering facilities can be found.
Where to Drink:
There are a number of Pubs around the vicinity of the Stadium that are suitable for visiting supporters. The Dragoon in Butt Road, The Drury at the top of Layer Road and The Odd One Out which is situated on Mersea Road close to Colchester Town railway station.

Car Parking
There is a small unofficial car park around 200 yards from the Stadium that costs £2.50 per car and has a capacity of between 50 and 100 cars.
In addition to this, a park and ride scheme is usually in operation from one of the barracks in the Town (Sobroan Barracks) which is well signposted and costs £2.00 per car with buses usually running at twenty minute intervals.
Street Parking is available on Boadecia Way or the streets that run off it on the right hand side. These streets are around a five to eight minute walk from the Stadium.
By Road
From the North:
§ Leave the A14 at Ipswich and then join the A12
§ As you reach Colchester, ignore the first Colchester turn-off and instead continue on the A12 towards London until you reach the Halstead/Cambridge turn-off.
§ At the top of the slip road, turn left and head along Essex Yeomanry Way.
§ At the next roundabout take a left onto London Road.
§ After three quarters of a mile, you reach a set of traffic lights with the MFI Store on the right hand side.
§ Turn right at these lights and follow the road to the end where you will see the Leather Bottle Pub on the left.
§ Turn left until the traffic lights where the road you are on meets Boadecia Way (the street parking area).
§ To continue to the Stadium itself, turn right at the lights and at the end of that road turn left onto Layer Road.
§ The Stadium is about a quarter of a mile down this road on the right hand side.
From the South:
§ Leave the M25 at Junction 8 and head eastbound.
§ Leave the A12 at the Cambridge/Halstead turn off (this is before you reach Colchester itself).

By Rail
The nearest station to the Stadium is Colchester Town which is around a ten minute walk away.
Please be aware that Colchester Town is not Colchester’s main railway station, the main station is further away from the Stadium by a considerable distance.
Upon arrival at Colchester’s main station, there are three main options for reaching the Stadium:
§ Catch another train to Colchester Town station (takes around seven minutes and is then around a ten minute walk to the Stadium).
§ Take a taxi from Colchester’s main station to the Stadium (costing around £5.00).
§ Walking to the Stadium from the main station will take around 40 minutes.
