Torres Could Become a Liverpool Great - Carra
20 League Goals

After Fernando Torres scored his 20th league goal of the season for his new club Liverpool FC, Jamie Carragher believes he could, in the future, be up there with Liverpools greatest ever strikers. Not since Robbie (God) Fowler back in ’96 has a Liverpool striker reached the 20 goal a season mark. Even better, El Nino's were all scored from open play.
Carra said: 'To get 20 league goals says it all really and just goes to show what he (Torres) is all about," Carra told Liverpoolfc.tv.
"It's a long time since Robbie did it and it's something we've needed for a while now. It takes a special player to achieve it and that's just what Fernando is. He is capable of scoring a lot of goals for us and you'd back him to go on and get many more in a Liverpool shirt.
"It's some achievement when you think it's his first year in England and, like I say, hopefully there will be even more to come from him this season.
"It was a great header he scored too. I was just behind him and it wasn't easy to get up and direct it goalwards like that. People probably don't think of Torres scoring headers but he is good in the air and capable of scoring all types of goals.
"He's in great form at the moment and long may it continue."
Do you believe Liverpool could still be in there with a slight chance of the title? http://www.thefootballnetwork.net/boards/read/s386.htm?734,9068760
