Leto hoping to get permit sorted

The return of Sebastian Leto has been welcomed by Rafa Benitez after the Argentine winger gave a great display in the friendly against FC Lucerne in Grenchen. The winger has had work permit problems since late 2007 but hopefully this will all be sorted now.

Benitez said: “Leto is a good player and he showed tonight the quality that he has,"   "He has had some problems with his work permit but hopefully that will be okay because he has a lot of quality.

"We are waiting to hear when that permit will come through and we should find that out in the next 10 days”.
Rafa was pleased with the overall performance of his team who won 2-1 with goals from Lucas and Voronin

Has looked great in the reserves but looked out of his depth when given his chance last season . Hopefully its a confidence thing and he will come through.

He needs a few more games playing with the first team thats the only way his confidence will grow. learning from the experienced players, it must be a big leap from playing ressie games & then jumping onto centre stage.

I wonder now is it worth keeping hold of him? Two years is a long time to be on loan Liverpool only paid 2m for him and the team may evolve without him even getting a sniff
