Xabi believes there's more to come from Cisse

Xabi Alonso is backing French star Djibril Cisse to keep scoring goals after his super strike against Anderlecht in the Champions League group stage match last night which puts them one win away from qualification in to the knock out stages.

Alonso said: "It's very important for us to have strikers who are scoring goals. We struggled to score earlier in the season but we're doing better now. "Cisse is a good goalscorer and I'm sure he'll have taken a lot of confidence from the last two games. The more goals he scores the better for us." "It was a good result for us against a team who knew it was probably their last chance to stay in with a chance of qualifying. We did a good job, scored a good goal and deserved the win." Didi Hamann agreed it was a good result but thinks the European Champions should have finished the game off with one of the various chances they had to do so. He said: "We started the game well and scored a really good goal. Our problem was we couldn't finish the game off even though we had some chances.
