XABI ALONSO IS STILL DOUBTFUL FOR FINAL

Xabi Alonso is still a doubt for the FA Cup final on Saturday. Having sat out the Carling Cup final against Chelsea, Alonso will be doing all he can to be fit.

Happily he has been able to join the rest of the squad for parts of the days training.
Rafael Benitez has said that he won't play if he's not 100% fit so it's a race against time for Xabi not to miss another final at Cardiff.

Most Reds fans will be praying for the very popular midfielder to be fit to enjoy the day and hopefully help the team to win another cup.
