Flitney on a Free…?

Doncaster Manager Dave Penney will decide whether he will sign young goalkeeper Ross Flitney permanently.

Ross Flitney was signed on a month’s loan as Doncaster had no cover for Andy Warrington due to an injury to Stuart Jones.

 

Fulham will let him go on a free transfer and Penney is considering singing him as he did well in his time here, despite not playing for the first team.

 

Penney said:

 

"He's settled in very well,"

 

"He's available on a free transfer so it's something we might look at."
