Doncaster Trial for Newcastle’s Guy

Doncaster Rovers have handed a trial to 20-year-old Newcastle striker, Lewis Guy.

Guy has been told by the Tyneside club that he can leave if Doncaster wish to sign him permanently.

 

The 20-year-old has only made 1 first-team appearance for the Geordies, as a substitute against Sporting Lisbon earlier in the season.

 

Dave Penney must believe that if Guy is signed permanently, he will be an excellent prospect and will provide decent backup for Blundell and Roberts.
