CAMPBELL SHOULD HAVE STAYED - Views of a fan

Donny4Life, a poster on the messege board, gives his opinions on why Andy Campbell should have stayed.

At the moment, we only have Blundell and Roberts as strikers. Lewis Guy is young but I don't think he'll be able to cut it. Plus, we may not even sign him yet.

Fortune-West is months away from fitness and by the time he is back I just don't think he'll be the same Leo. I think his career is over.

Andy Campbell is a good player and he just needs confidence to play better and sending him back isn't going to help him. So he got injured. Give him a chance. He only made one start and he didn't click with Blundell. 2 strikers playing together for the first time isn’t going to just work like that. You need to try them in a few games.

If he doesn’t work with Blundell then try him with Roberts!!!

Ok, bar the
Barnsley game, we have not been scoring enough and we need somebody new.

Lewis Guy won't come into the team and become a 30-a-season man. Roberts and Blundell are good...but not good enough to get us into the play-offs.

Andy Campbell could have been the key,
Cardiff don't want him so we could have got him cheap and give him more than ONE game to prove himself.
