Warrington ‘Ecstatic’

Doncaster Rovers goalkeeper Andy Warrington is ecstatic with his recent form which has seen Rovers go for promotion.

Rovers have only conceded 9 goals in 11 games which has seen Rovers go for a 3rd successive promotion.

Warrington has bee solid between the sticks since his return from injury and since Simon Marples is out for the season, Doncaster will be happy they have a superb ‘keeper.

Warrington said:

"It's been good to get the clean sheets, we had a couple of games earlier in the season where we had big scores against us, but we've improved on that and we've gone from strength to strength.

"It's been great but it's not just me, as a unit from attackers to defenders we have performed well and I think we are capable of pushing for the play-off position, but of course we are taking each game one by one."
