Chester STILL Chasing Duo

Despite DonnyRoversNet reporting just hours ago they didn’t expect Chester City to still be interested in Blundell and Doolan, they are.

Despite Ian Rush resigning as manager on Monday, Chester City are still after the pair after both were scouted by City.

 

Blues chairman Stephen Vaughan would not concentrate on this too long as appointing a new manager was priority.

 

Vaughan said:

 

“The club will ensure that funds are available to pursue the targets we have identified in Blundell and Doolan, along with any other players we will try to recruit."
