Jeff Whitley goes on a months loan to Notts County

Jeff Whitley has taken the oppurtunity to go on a months loan at Notts County. Whitley, who has not figured for City since the second game of the season, hopes to re-ignite his career following injury and indiscipline.

Jeff has only recently fully recovered from the injury he sustained in the Norwich fixture back in August. He has not endeared himself to KK during his time out of action though, being constantly in trouble for alleged drinking bouts. At one stage he found himself suspended from the club for 2 weeks and was recently involved in more accusations of indiscipline on a night out in Liverpool with Richard Dunne and Nicky Weaver.
Jeff needs to take this oppurtunity to prove to KK that he is commited to his football and that there should still be a place for him at Maine Road.
