Hampden bound ?

Pride of Lanarkshire reporter Joe Mckelvie writes a piece on Motherwell's cup run to date.
Despite sitting bottom of the SPL for most of the season Motherwell have shown what a decent football team they can be. Their performances in the Tennents Scottish Cup have shown that. In the third round away to Kilmarnock which was the 5th time out of 6 years we had been drawn away in the third round and a solid performance were rewarded with a first half penalty which McFadden slotted home past Marshall in the Kilmarnock goal. Kilmarnock battled hard despite Centre Half Chris Innes getting sent off.

Kilmarnock 0 - 1 Motherwell
Through to the Fourth round and another away tie to First Division Clyde on the 22th February and the players put in a good shift and ran out 2-0 winners with our very own Faddy coming back from suspension stealing the show with two excellent goals to win the match.

Clyde 0 - 2 Motherwell
We have a good draw against Stranraer and we have got the best tie possible apart from Stranraer at home of course so we would not have to travel three hours. Will this be a fantasy season ?
Well I think we can do the double survive relegation & win the Cup.
PS : Mon the ' Well !
