Pearson hands in transfer request !

Stephen Pearson has shocked the club by handing in a transfer request according to Saturday's Daily Record.

Although the midfielder is only 20 years old he feels he could miss out playing at a higher level if he hold's off a move away from Fir Park any longer. Leicester City have been tracking the Scotland under - 21 star for months and Mickey Adams is desperate to get his man. The Record also claims the Foxes have had a 300,000 offer turned down which included a 20 per cent of any future transfer fee if he ever left the Walkers Bowl, Motherwell have decsribed the offre as " derisory ".
