Keeper moves out on loan

Motherwell under 21 goalkeeper Jamie Ewings has been loaned out to Viewpark Junior side Thorniewood United till the end of the season.

The Robertson Park club are currently 6th in the Abercorn Builders Central District League Division 2. The 19 year old is Motherwell's third choice keeper behind Gordon Marshall and Barry John Corr.

It's not the first transfer between the clubs, John Connelly left Thorniewood for Motherwell when Bily Davies was in charge but failed to make a impact while at Fir Park.
