BIG TWO IN POLE POSITION
The big two of Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson head the betting on the US Masters going into the final day - just as they did at the start of the tournament.
The prices are remarkably similar - world number one Woods a general 5/2 chance while last week's runaway BellSouth Classic winner Mickelson is on the 11/2 mark.
But all the leading players have a marathon Sunday in prospect after rain washed out most of Saturday's play.
Leader Chad Campbell, three clear at halfway, had time only for four holes and after grabbing birdies at the first two of them to go four clear, he bogeyed the next two and saw his advantage trimmed to one by fellow American Rocco Mediate and South African Tim Clark.
Mickelson came out even faster than Campbell. He holed from 10 feet at the first, chipped to three feet on the next and then made a 10-footer on the third.
But the day finished disappointingly for the 2004 champion.
He missed from four feet to bogey the short fourth and followed that by visiting the trees at the fifth, his final hole of the day where he dropped another shot to be three back.
On the same three under mark are defending champion Woods and Dublin's Padraig Harrington.
Woods birdied the third and eighth in an outward 34 - and as last year he will have 27 holes to play with a day to go.
Woods and Mickelson are the men the bookies fear, with Campbell also an 11/2 chance at
Harrington gets a general 14/1 quote and there are a host of other big guns just behind, with Ernie Els, Retief Goosen and Vijay Singh all priced between 12/1 and 18/1.
