United go into this South Yorkshire Derby having been the first team to beat Norwich City at Carrow Road when they won 3-2 with goals from Brown, Tonge and Asaba.

On Tuesday they played their Yorkshire Derby at home to York City in round 1 of the Worthington Cup and won the game 1-0 thanks to Jon-Paul McGovern's first half goal.

When United played Norwich both Brown and Montgomery went off injured but good news followed days later when both players played in the cup game.

During the cup game Peschisolido started the game, but came off later due to tactical reasons. Robert Page is on the mend and could start against the Millers on Saturday.

Last Saturday Rotherham did not get the result they wanted as they drew 0-0 with Reading at Millmoor.

On the injury front the Millers have major problems, top goal scorer Darren Byfield is suffering from a virus and is expected to miss the Derby clash.

Other injury doubts are ex-blade Rob Scott (cramp) and Darren Garner (ankle).

Garner will be left disappointed, especially as he has just won goal of the month award for that super strike against Sheffield Wednesday to win game 2-1.

If both clubs line-up like they did in League Cup then expect the teams to be something like this:

Blades: Kenny, Kozluk, Jagielka, Murphy, Ullathorne, McGovern, McCall, Montgomery, Tonge, Peschisolido, Onoura. Subs: Brown, Asaba, Ten Heuvel, Doane, Cryan.

Millers: Pollit, Scott, Beech, McIntosh, Swailes, Mullin, Daws, Monkhouse, Sedgwick, Robins, Barker. Subs: Gray, Hurst, Lee, Warne, Hudson.

Last season United faced United at Bramall Lane in the league, it ended all square at 2-2. The Blades took a 2-0 lead through Patrick Suffo (48) and Paul Devlin (61) but United let the Millers back in and pulled on back five minutes later through Kevin Watson (66) and got the leveler by Chris Swailes (78).

Prediction: The Blades are 6th and the Millers are fourth, it is for that reason that both teams will desperately want to win this game, however at the moment I have every faith in Neil Warnock I think that with a good crowed and a derby atmosphere the Blades could run riot and win with a comfortable goal margin, ill say 2-0.
