These three victory's come against Norwich City (a 3-2), Rotherham United (h 1-0) and Grimsby Town (h 2-1). The Blades have also won a fourth but this was in League Cup at home to York City (1-0).

After a very poor performance where United only just beat struggling Grimsby, United moved into third, however Norwich City sadly went to Madejski Stadium and beat Reading 2-0 which put United back into fourth.

While United are playing Gillingham, Portsmouth entertain Norwich City. It is therefore very important that United get at least a point from their travels.

Pompey have drawn only once in nine games while winning the rest (that draw was against the Blades at Bramall Lane) and are expected to beat the Canaries.

Robert Page is still not back from injury, but is back in training and playing in some reserve games, however we doubt that Page will be back for the trip to Gillingham. Steve Yates and Iffy Onoura are two other players who are out of action.

Gillingham did not play on Tuesday night but did on Saturday. They beat Brighton & Hove Albion at Withdean Stadium 4-2 with goals from Shaw (2), Perpetuini and James.

With no injury's occurring from the Mariners game we expect that the line up will be same:

Subs: Laurens Ten Heuvel (forward), Nick Montgomery (midfielder), Wayne Allison (forward), Peter Ndlovu (forward/midfielder), Colin Cryan (defender).

In last seasons trip to Priestfield Stadium United won 1-0 with a free-kick from Michael Tonge who found the corner of the net. In last minute the Blades almost made it 2-0 when Peter Ndlovu rounded goalkeeper but his shot was cleared off the line.

Prediction: We have not played well in last two games but we are high in table and if we play like we did against Norwich I think we can win 1-0.
