Send Sandford For Coaching

Lee Sandford is looking for a player-coaching role following his release from Bramall Lane last week.

The veteran defender reached agreement with the remaining year of his Blades contract after making just five appearances last season.

The 34-year-old's playing career looked in jeopardy after a neck injury last year, but he fully recovered and spent some time on loan with Stockport County.
