Coventry Rugby commence pre-season training at Stoneleigh...

Saturday 28th June saw Coventry Rugby commence their pre-season fitness testing and training at the impressive facilities at Stoneleigh Performance Fitness Centre amongst the 800 acres of Stoneleigh Park. 

Strength and Conditioning Coach Rob Norman is pleased that Coventry Rugby for the second season running, have use of these excellent and high quality facilities. The Coventry squad will be training Tuesday and Thursday evenings as well as Saturday mornings up to the Broadstreet game on the 9th August.  https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.657678470975764.1073741871.162189883857961&type=3

Coventry Rugby have developed a new Coaching Structure at the club, with the aim to build on the progression shown last season. There will be a more structured approach, more accountability which will include the use of the senior players in the coaching process. More details of this re-structuring will be shortly made available on the website.
