As explained in the initial article - just a fudge reissue to keep things online.
Nothing new here except for yesterday's stats.
Worth mentioning that the 100 tries line has now been crossed (by some margin!) for both competitions, and the tries per game stat continues to rise, at 4.81 in the league, and 4.86 overall.
Quite a satisfying record thus far - especially coupled with the fact that 3rd place in the league has been held continuously since the end of October.
Nothing new here except for yesterday's stats.

Can't find the attendance figure for Nottm vs Bedford as yet, so the average may not be updated until next Sunday.
What we do know, though, is that Nottingham prevailed 5-2, leaving Cov slightly more comfortable in third with a four-point lead, and that game in hand still.

Now updated to reflect the average Championship attendance for the season so far. Slightly down, but helped somewhat by an excellent attendance, 1895, at Caldy, putting the Doncaster figure of 865 in the shade.

Updated, but not reflecting the Penzance attendance yesterday.
Bedford's second straight defeat puts Cov tantalizingly close to securing third in the Championship, with Saturday's game at Ampthill, should Cov win with four tries, meaning that only two points at Richmond, the following weekend, would be required to ensure it (on the wins/draws rule).
This would be Cov's highest league position since pipping Bedford to third in 1997 when both clubs were defeated in playoffs by first division opposition.
Cov's maximum attainable points are now 89, while Bedford can get to 76.
Bedford need 6 points to ensure that nobody can catch them. Their next game is the tricky visit by Jersey

- Final average attendance for the season a squeak under 2500, which is pretty remarkable considering the overall league average, which was, admittedly boosted by some better attendances than usual elsewhere.
