Championship Fixtures Released- 2024/2025

The Championship fixtures for next season have been released, 2024-2025 and, on first look, seem to be a fairly balanced set of games, no long gaps between games and building up to what could be a crucial end-of- season in May 2025.
With the usual caveat that all fixtures are , subject to change, and when have we ever had a season that wasn't?
My Immediate Thoughts:
The season opener is, at the moment, on a Friday evening at London Scottish. I think this is because Richmond have a home game of the Saturday and as LS are the tenants, Richmond have primacy of use.
Even though there are no named Premiership opponents, these fixtures will take place during the Autumn Internationals and the 6 Nations periods. I have been told that they are looking at the groups being on a regional basis but these have yet to be decided. Whatever is decided, expect to have only one Premiership side at the BPA?
Disappointing to see the Cornish Pirates fixture in December and the issues that this brings, less accommodations, wintry weather. But, we will see.
Ealing Trailfinders at the BPA just before Christmas could be a biggie if things are going as we hope they will do.
October with Cambridge, Chinnor and Caldy to face is the month for no slip-ups!!
