Barras Goes On Loan

Last week was full of rumours, as Colin Lee seemed to have taken the decision to start some wheeler dealing. They are starting to be confirmed.
Following Andy Bishops surprise move to Kidderminster on loan, it comes as no shock today as on of my predictions last week came true.
After watching the reserve game against Tranmere last week, as I reported this morning, Paul Sturrock has signed Tony Barras on an initial six week loan.
The popular defender, always willing to give his all, has been moved down the pecking order to fifth place by the arrival of Ludo Pollet and this move will, obviously, benefit his career.
Whether it becomes permanent or not will, presumably, depend on Colin Lee and his ability to generate the funds to sign Pollet.
Colin Lee has also stated this morning that other players at the club are generating some interest, so I would not expect this to be the last move.
