Rumour Shock : 5 Key Players to leave........

Their is speculation  suggesting that up to 5 of Walsall's key players could be heading for the exit door come the summer months. Most shockingly Darren Wrack and Jim Walker have been two of the names touted by our source. Although the exact reasons for this are not clear, it would make sense considering footballs economic climate, as the Saddlers may need to restructure their finances.

Their exit would seem unlikely given the fact that both of these players have featured prominently during the end of season run in. Both are firm favourites with the Bescot faithful and have been two of our better players this season. But who knows what goes on within a dressing room or on the training ground.....

The futures of Steve Corica, Fitz Simpson and captain Martin O'Connor are also in doubt as they are the 3 other players who have been mentioned.

At this moment in time we can only speculate about how things will transpire...but we can only hope that the Club are not serious about moving Wrack and Walker on. Although the majority of fans will not mind seeing Fitzroy Simpson leave, they will have something to say about the futures of Steve Corica and Martin O'Connor who have been important players for Walsall over the last 12 months.
