Harry has plans for Robbo

Carl Robinson has been told he is to feature in Harry Redknapps Premiership plans for next season. Lee has already said he is out of our price range, and the prospect of any deal now must surely be dead.

Carl Robinson has confirmed their is no chance of him turning out for the Saddlers next season....

"Every player wants to play in the Premiership and Harry told me everyone will start with a clean slate next season and if I earn my chance I'll get it."

He has already spoken with Pompey boss Harry Redknapp and the 26 year old international is sure to get a chance to prove himself on the south coast next season.

"During Portsmouth's promotion celebration-day I had a word with Harry," Robinson said. "He told me I'm in his plans which was just what I wanted to hear"

The player has international aspirations, and with the prospect of Wales making it to Euro 2004 next summer Robinson will want to be playing top flight football, or at least turning out for a side who will be making a promotion push.
One thing we know about Colin Lee is that we should never say never when it comes to transfer targets....
