Lee full of praise

Colin Lee is full of praise for his new signings, and hopes to announce another 1 or 2 new additions by the end of the week.

Colin Lee has told the Birmingham Mail that he is pleased with the way that new boys Neil Emblen, Simon Osborne and Stefan Oakes are settling in a at the Bescot....

Lee said....

"The players who we have signed have all fitted in well. It doesn't surprise me, they know the way we work and we rate them highly."

The versatility of Oakes and Emblen is going to be crucial if the Saddlers are to operate with a small squad this season. Oakes and Emblen join Wrack and Bazeley as important squad members who able to play  in a variety of different positions.

Lee also told the Birmingham Mail he hopes to finalise a couple of deals by the end of the week. Just who the deals are for remains a mystery, but seeming as Lee meets with Juniors agent this week, we can only hope one of the players will be the flamboyant Samba star. 

Another rumour doing the rounds is that Adi Akinbiyi is one of two forwards Lee has been having talks with in the last week or so.
