Kiddy target Birch (again)

Gary Birch could well be set for a move to Kidderminster Harriers on loan. Boss Ian Britton hopes to swoop for both him and young Bishop.

It is rumoured Gary Birch is being lined up for a loan move to Kidderminster Harriers. Just last week after signing a contract Birch told the press

"If the season starts and I'm not involved, or not even on the bench, then a loan move is maybe something we'd have to consider, but for now I'm focusing on getting in Walsall's first team,"

Birch saw a permanent move to Kiddy fall through towards the end of last season when Birch was needed as an emergency center half. It seems as though Kiddy boss Ian Britton will have to play the waiting game with Birch.  

Ian Britton told the E&S

" I have spoken to Colin about Gary, now its a case of waiting for Colin to get what he wants then i can have what i want."
