A mixture of youth teamers and reserve players popped over to Pelsall for a freindly game.

Matty Fryatt got a hat trick and Nick Smith made an appearance in a 6-0 win over Pelsall Villa. The Saddlers took the lead early on thanks to Karl Hawley. The team was made up of youth teamers and reserves.

Smith is recovering from a broken foot, and now faces the prospect of Pre-Season training alone.  

Young Fryatt's performance will have been noted by Lee, whose options up front are limited. If he was to feature in the first team, he would be an unknown quantity  - a problem for the opposition.
