Walsall Team News

News: Jamie Lawrence is out with a foot injury.  Lee may choose to tinker with his line up. We are told we could have a new forward in time for the game. Time will tell.

.

Aston Villa

One to Watch: Jorge Leitao is out of form. Chance after chance is being missed. Confidence is low. Things have to improve.

Cardiff Team News

News: To be confirmed.

.

Cardiff

One to Watch: Robert Earnshaw found goals easy to come by last season and has even managed to make an impact for the Welsh national side. A lively front man who is a threat in and outside the area.

30.1.93 - 9012 were in attendance at Ninian Park to see Rod McDonald net for the Saddlers, only for goals from Stant and Griffin to seal the points for Cardiff.  We made the play offs that year, while Cardiff went on to win the Third Division Championship.

The Verdict

Its going to be tough. Cardiff have plenty of pace and love to attack. It should be another entertaining game.

Hopefully Lee will change the system and find places for Emblen and Corica who have played well recently.

Cardiff are on a high, it would be nice to get another win and build up a good run of home form.

Will Lee get any new forwards in time for the clash? Who knows, but if he does, they are certain to play some kind of role.

Predication : Cardiff 2-2 Walsall
