Lee on the season and fans.

Colin Lee is pleased with our progress so far this season, and also took time to comment on the budding Alex Ferguson comments...

Colin Lee has told the official site.... 

"Going into the season we would have been happy with just one defeat from our opening six games. However, I am never satisfied and am conscious of the fact that we need to start turning draws into wins."

Fans on our own forum have echoed Lee's thoughts on the season so far. The general feeling is that we are going steady, not losing, but need that cutting edge. 

We can expect Lee to be working hard to bring in a striker or full back before the visit of Judas's home town club - Derby. 

Lee also took time to clear up his comments about the Budding Alex Ferguson's by saying....

"There are just two or three fans who sit to the right of my dug-out that my after-match comments were aimed at. I would never blast the fans, but there are just one or two whom I told should use their energy to get behind the team. Like everyone else I want to see Walsall play nice football and get results"
