Todays news regarding our hunt for a new striker. Still no signing, but Lee is making himself busy trying to get a deal sorted.

There was a bit more news on the hunt for a striker today. All 3 clubs chasing Adi Akinbiyi are now waiting on the player and Palace to reach an agreement. Meanwhile Colin Lee continues his search for alternatives should the Akinbiyi deal be unsuccessful.

Lee has today said...

"Just when you think you're getting somewhere, things can suddenly come apart whereas on other occasions the various factors can come together very quickly. So you're never really 100% certain until the pen's been put to paper."

He seems to spending a lot of time trying to find a striker, and todays express and star suggests a loan deal could be the most likley route. The news that Andy Bishop has extended his stay at Kidderminster seems to show Lee is keeping a striking berth open for a new signing.

Bishop will spend another month with the Harriers.
