Burton is a Saddler

There may be nothing on the official site yet, but the SMS service has announced Deon Burton's signing on a one month loan, as per the overnight rumours.

Burton, a Jamaican International, has hopefully been signed before the 12.00 noon deadline, so he an play tomorrow against the club he has played the most League games for, Derby County.

It is ironic that both teams tomorrow may be fielding ex strikers from the other.

Burton is very quick, but not as big as some of Lee's reputed targets, but a one month loan is a good option to see how he gets on. He should be a good foil for Jorge Leitao.
