Colin Lee has been singing the praises of Steve Corica whose good run of form has coincided with a good run for the Saddlers.

Lee told the press....

"Steve Corica is one who's been waiting and waiting for his chance to get back in. So I've told him when he does get that chance he should express himself, put everything into his game and not let the game pass him by.

"He's a good player but he's suffered from a lack of form and also from certain team selections by myself. But he's not let me down at all."

Corica who started the first 5 matches of the season has lost his way in recent months, but there is no disguising the fact that his recent return to the starting eleven has coincided with some great team performances from the Saddlers. His abilty to link up the play and tidy up in the midfield has steadied the Saddlers ship.

We all know Steve Corica is a quality footballer, he just needs the time on the ball that isnt given to that many players in the English game. What his best position remains to be seen but he seems to be settling down in central midfield at the moment, and long may his run in the team continue.
