The Saddlers have taken Trinidad and Tobago international Kelvin Jack on trial.

Jack is 28 years old and is hoping to make his way in English Football.  His Agent Mike Berry has told Sky Sports news "there are a few clubs interested, but Walsall have got him now and they will have first refusal on him".

Whether or not Jack could be the answer to our imminent problems remains to be seen.  He has been playing in an inferior league and is only just recovering from an injury - so it seems unlikely.

It is unlikely that Lee would want to carry 3 goalkeepers during a season, so Jack will have to be something special to earn a contract at the Bescot Stadium.
