WALES JOINS GILLINGHAM

^{WALSALL LOANEE GARY WALES HAS SIGNED FOR RELEGATION RIVALS GILLINGHAM.} 

^{Wales was expected to sign for us on deadline day, but opted for a move to Gillingham in a bid to find regular first team football.}

^{Lee said he did not want to stand in the players, and was pleased to free up an extra loan.}  

^{Wales failed to make an immediate impact at the Bescot, but then again he was rather rusty. A prolonged spell of 1st team football was what he needed, but he only managed 7 appearances, and eventually lost his place in the team.}

^{The Official Gillingham site says there was a lot of interest in signing him today, and they seem pleased to have got their man.}
