McSporran and Bradbury - Why They Came.

Jermaine McSporran and Lee Bradbury have been talking to SaddlersWorld about why they came to the club - and there is one big surprise.
As is to be expected, the two new signing first interviews on SaddlersWorld have been about why they came to the club.
Jermaine McSporran's reasons will be of no surprise to anyone, but there is a shock in Lee Bradbury's interview.
McSporran is obviously excited by the prospect of playing at a higher level, something which has been on the cards for him for some time, but without coming to fruition. A major attraction for him, as you might expect, is the thought of playing alongside Paul Merson and McSporran's pace will be something we will all be looking for Merson to exploit.
Lee Bradbury, however, came up with a shock when he said that there was a competition for his services between us and Sunderland, but that we offered the better all round package. Granted we have made some not inconsiderable savings with the samways situation, but this was something of a surprise, to say the least. After Adi Akinbiyi saying that we had offered him more than Stoke, perhaps we are better payers than most people give us credit for.
