Kinsella On Stand By For Eire

With the Republic struggling with injuries, especially that to Roy Keane, Mark Kinsella has been put on stand by for the World Cup qualifiers.
Brian Kerr has put Kinsella on stand-by for the World Cup qualifying campaign against Cyprus and Switzerland on September the 4th and 8th.
The 32 year old midfielder already has 48 caps to his name and it would be nice if he coud reach the 50 cap milestone with the Saddlers, a setiment expressed by Manager Paul Merson.
However, if he should get a call up, it would seriously weaken the Walsall midfield, with the absence of one of our few successes so far this season.
Still, congratulations to Mark!
