Jaffa Cakes 2-0 Jammy Dodgers

The dreamy tangerine of Blackpool Football Club now resembles that dirty orange goo that you find in Jaffa Cakes. How can such a revered Club put up with stuff like that.

Jaffa Cakes 2

Bloomfield Road is one of our favourite away grounds. We always take a good following to Blackpool. You won't find many Walsall fans that hate them. They have some of the most hospitable fans in the country. Blackpool is a club that ranks alongside Liverpool, Arsenal and Preston when you think about what English Football stands for.

That was until today.  Bloomfield Road must be some sort of Scientific anomaly because the players there defy gravity. Sir Stanley would be disgusted.

Walsall on the other hand were like your typical jammy dodger. Two bland biscuits with a hole we all know is there. Will our defensive short comings continue to undermine the talent we have in offensive areas? Will we only see the one bit of Jam while Merson is in charge? Is Merse the only quality player we have...

The game was entertaining for all the wrong reasons. The three penalty decisions were the games main talking points. Despite what people will say about there style of play, Blackpool were a well drilled efficent footballing unit. The Jaffa Cakes ran out worthy winners.
