Player manager Paul Merson has polled 23% of the votes in our player of the season ballot. Matt Fryatt was second and Julian Bennett was third.

The creative skills of our player manager have kept us going at times this season. Matt Fryatt won the Official Club award and was just 2% behind Merson with 21%. Julian Bennett was 3rd with 11%.

Darren Wrack finished in fourth, while the other votes were shared between another 7 players, making this our most open Player of the Season poll in the sites history.

Merse joins Roper and Emblen who have won our award during the last two seasons.
