Villa youngster checks in

Michael Tuohy has joined Ruben Dario Larossa on trial. The former Villa man was involved in last nights 3-0 win over Halesowen Town.

Tuohy can play at the back  - or in midfield and will be out to impress Merson while on trial. 

Merse wasn't at yesterdays friendly -  but Tuohy - A Walsall lad - will be known to most of the Walsall staff who usually have their finger on the pulse of local football and know what players from their patch are capable of.

Meanwhile, Brazilian trialist Ruben Dario Larrossa made a decent impression in last nights victory. He showed some good touches and rounded the Yeltz keeper to open his Walsall account.
