Is the SPL a feeder league??

As the SPL clubs struggle for cash we appear to be turning into a feeder League for the English top Leagues
It looks as though as financial constraints hit at Scottish clubs permanent moves are off the table. At the same time there is a lack of faith in our own young players and we would rather bring players up from England on loan.
Look at the list below;
Aberdeen – Nick Blackman and Jason Lowe from Balckburn
Motherwell – Gavin Gunning from Blackburn and Steve Jones from Wallsall
Hibernian - Victor Palsson from Liverpool
St. Johnstone
ICT - Aaron Doran from Blackburn, Alex McDonald Burnley
Hamilton - Aaron Wildig from Cardiff City
You are not telling me we don’t have players at the clubs in the SPL who could fill in for these young guys.
I know it benefits our teams to have these guys up here, Motherwell did well last season with John Ruddy and Lukas Jutkiewicz from Everton. These guys also got games under their belts and won moves to Norwich and Coventry respectively.
That was a good example of how the loan system can work well but Motherwell have now taken a 34 year old on loan, Steve Jones, and left 21 year old Ross Forbes on the bench. Surely this can’t be right.
Hopefully the radical plans for the SPL’s future will see us return to the days when our clubs could actually sign people on permanent deals…..
