Hearts indiscipline, where will it end?

It is a bit sad to see what is happening over Gorgie with Hearts finding new ways to provide us all with some entertainment.

You only need to look at what has happened in the last couple of days since they lost toKilmarnockon Saturday.

During the game Ian Black was sent off for another reckless tackle, this was his second red card of the season. Black has been a loose cannon since moving toEdinburghand surely needs to be brought back in check.

Then we hear Danny Grainger was reported to the SFA for a stamp on Dean Shiels in Saturday’s game with Killie, and has accepted a two game ban. Also reported to the SFA is Manager Paolo Sergio who was reported for his behaviour after being sent to the stand.

We hear that some of the players still haven’t been paid their wages, over two weeks after they were due. This may explain why there is a real frustration in the ranks at Tynecastle.

While we also know they are not speaking to the press either, but taken to producing statements through their official website. Today we have had another Romanov missive posted their, and once again he is blaming everyone for the situation, such as the media and the authorities rather than anyone at Hearts.

Maybe this is the crux of the matter, rather than pointing fingers externally maybe someone should show some leadership and take the reins at Tynecastle and instill some discipline. Leadership is what is required rather than deflection…
