Rangers tell the SFA what their punishment should be!

The latest twist in the Rangers financial saga is that prospective new owner Charles Green wants to discuss the clubs punishment for not paying PAYE, NI and VAT with the SFA.
It looks as though Green wants to propose a six month transfer embargo and suspension from the Scottish Cup. Well that is very kind of them to come up with a something that must suit them!
BUT bizarrely they are suggesting a punishment, a transfer embargo, that their administrators went to the Court of Session to fight!!
How can this be happening, or be allowed to happen, if they are prepared to accept a six month embargo, why not just accept the original punishment?
I think the answer to that may be more obvious than it first seemed. They are now running scared they have stirred up a hornet’s nest by going to theCOSin the first place and fear the punishment may now end up being more severe.
They now fear suspension from the SFA or even worse expulsion altogether from the organisation.
All this seems to show is the complete lack of leadership at Rangers, with Duff and Phelps going down one road, and then Green taking a different route altogether.
Roll on the 13th June when we will know whether the CVA has been accepted or not, and having looked at the document I don’t know why anybody would accept it. The creditors are not getting access to all the monies available, with any transfer fees received being retained by the business.
If I was a creditor I would be looking for that money to be rolled into the amount they are due and would only accept it then!

Taking everything i have read on Rangers so far they seem to think that the SFA and some Scottish cubs are the ones who are scared and who can blame them
The SFA and a few clubs all talk about the finacial disater and i agree for some aspect's it would be... SKY/ESPN money could and probaly would be affected and away game's money again a blow...so this leaves it to a (moral's or money debate)
But this is only a 3/4 problem...yes Scottish football is in a mess and this saga is not helping but if Rangers get booted and have to comeback as a -NEWCO- in the SPL it's safe money for SKY/ESPN and aways games etc..
If they have to start in 3rd division money may drop and harder times for all....but a team like Rangers even called under a -NEWCO- will attract alot of younger talent and and other players willing to play to rebuild all they lost win 3 division in 3 years is not impossible Gretna FC did it 2005/06/07...and Rangers have a bigger support and would get more backing than Gretna...and when they return to the SPL all eyes would be on them the new genaration of the old firm games would begin and after awhile things would more or less revert back to normal..
But if the SFA dont punish them and it has to be harsh..(only for the sake that the SFA have let Rangers have more time than any other team outside the Oldfirm would get to get there house in order..which is already "speacil treatment"..which they say there is none.
But ultimately kills of an already sick League and makes us a laughing stock...the headlines could read
RANGERS FC AND THE SFA KILL WORLD CUP AND EUROPEAN DREAM AS FIFA BAN SCOTLAND AND CLUBS
A NATION HELD TO RANSOM
A bit over the top but it could happen
