Khalilou Fadiga Will Not Be A Red

Senegal International Khalilou Fadiga is not coming to Anfield despite reports saying otherwise it was confirmed today.

Fadiga's agent , Willie McKay claimed that Anfield Boss Gerard Houllier had wanted the 27 year old from Auxerre before the start of the season.

The Senegal World Cup Star is keen for a move but Liverpool official say he wont be playing his football at Anfield next season.

Club spokesman Ian Cotton told Liverpool's website: "Contrary to speculation in the press, Liverpool Football Club are not interested in signing this player."
