Teymourian Confident Of Trotters Deal

Iranian midfielder Andranik Teymourian is confident that he has done enough to earn a lucrative switch to the English Premiership..

The 23-year old has been on trial with Bolton recently and he is ready to make the move to the Reebok Stadium in the not too distant future after an impressive World Cup campaign with his country.

Teymourian has only been part of the full Iranian national team for only one year but such is his progress that he has attracted much attention from clubs across the globe.

"I've had some offers from teams in Asia and in Europe, but I have decided to join Bolton," Teymourian told the Sunday Mirror newspaper.

"Sam Allardyce saw my games at the World Cup and was pleased with my performances."

If Teymourian joins the Wanderers then he will become their second signing of the summer after Allardyce recruited the one time Everton midfielder Idan Tal from Israeli champions Maccabi Haifa.

One deal that looks likely to fall by the wayside is that of former Middlesbrough, Chelsea and Leeds United striker Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink who looks to join Charlton Athletic next week.
