Jaidi Off To Birmingham

Bolton centre half Radhi Jaidi has joined Championship side Birmingham City on a three year deal subject to a work permit being granted.

Jaidi had become increasingly unhappy at not being picked as a regular in the Trotters back four and now it seems as if the African will get his wish of regular first team football at St Andrews alongside ex-Wanderer Bruno N'Gotty.

The veteran Tunisian international will cost the Blues a fee in the region of £2 million but this could rise even further dependant on certain clauses. In total, the powerful African made 51 appearances for Bolton and found the back of the net eight times.

In moving to Birmingham the 30-year old will link up once again with international team mate Medhi Nafti.
