Wanderers Offer Chelsea Help

Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce has told Chelsea that they are welcome to take any of his reserve goalkeepers on a loan basis......

The Premiership holders are currently without goalkeeping cover after both Petr Cech and Carlo Cudicini where injured during Saturday's 1-0 win over Reading leaving Jose Mourinho with only veteran Henrique Hilario to call upon going into the midweek Champions League game against Barcelona.

However Allardyce says that Chelsea are more than welcome to take either Ali Al-Habsi or Ian Walker on loan should they want to as the pair are left kicking their heels behind Wanderers regular custodian Jussi Jaaskelainen.

"We have three goalkeepers of high quality at Bolton Wanderers and, although we've not received any enquiries, I would not rule out a loan move for Ali or Ian," said Allardyce
