Mendy Tempted By English Return

Paris Saint Germain defender Bernard Mendy has said that a return to the Premiership would be tempting amid reports that Everton are about to swoop.

The 24-year old Frenchman spent an impressive season on loan at Bolton in the 2002-2003 campaign and he reveals that there has been some interested teams emerging from England.

"It is true English sides have been interested, It was tempting as I had a great time at Bolton."

However, Mendy is in no hurry to leave the French capital despite the fact that he has had a recent falling out with the clubs supporters after a game earlier in the season.

"I also told myself I have been in Paris since 2000 and experienced a lot of things here, it would be a shame to give up now. Even if I had propositions, and I am sure the club had propositions too, leaving PSG in such a situation is not possible. That is not me, I love the club too much.
